1. Data controller. The controller of your personal data is Casino Europa, bd. Dacia 18/1, Chișinău — the venue that determines the purpose of collecting applications (recruitment). The website is operated on the venue's behalf. Data is processed in accordance with Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 195 of 25.07.2024 on the Protection of Personal Data (in force since 23.08.2026, replacing Law No. 133/2011).
2. What data, why and on what basis. By submitting this form you provide the data it contains (full name, date of birth, citizenship, place of residence, phone number, desired position, etc.) solely for reviewing your application, arranging interviews and potential employment. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into an employment contract; separate consent is required only if you allow us to keep your application for future vacancies. There is no registration on this site — we do not create user accounts and do not collect login credentials.
3. Retention period. Your application is kept for no longer than 12 months if you were not hired — after that the data is deleted.
4. Your rights. You may request access to, correction or full deletion of your data at any time, and withdraw your consent — write to us at office@europacasino.md. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may contact the National Center for Personal Data Protection (datepersonale.md).
