BASIC RULES
- The game includes a deck of 52 cards from “Deuce” to “Ace”.
- Each player plays against the casino as a croupier.
- One player has the right to play a maximum of two boxes, opening them alternately.
- Bets on the same player’s boxes must be the same.
- The game is played for a maximum of 3 boxes.
GAME PROGRESS
At the beginning of the game, after players have placed “ANTE” bets, the dealer hands out five cards to each participant and himself. He puts his last card face up. Next, players look at their cards and make decisions about how to continue playing:
- A player can withdraw from the game by discarding cards and losing the “ANTE”bet
- The player can continue the game by placing a “BET” equal to two “ANTES”
- A player can exchange any number of their cards (from 1 to 5) for a bet equal to “ANTE”
- A player can buy an additional sixth card for a bet equal to “ANTE”.
In the last two cases, the player must again decide whether to continue playing or not. Further, players with fairly strong combinations (from “three of the same type” and above) can insure them against the absence of a game from the dealer. The minimum insurance is equal to one “ANTE” bet, and the maximum is the expected payout per “BET“bet. After all players have decided to continue playing, the dealer opens his cards, highlighting the resulting combination. If the dealer has a game, then he compares his combination alternately with the combinations of the players. The minimum combination for the player and the dealer is “Ace + King” of any suit.
DETERMINING WHETHER TO WIN OR LOSE
- If the player’s combination is older than the dealer’s, the player wins the BET according to the paytable. The “ANTE” bet is not paid, and the insurance loses.
- If the croupier’s hand is older than the player’s hand, then the ANTE, BET, and insurance of the player lose.
- In case of equal combinations between the dealer and the player, the winner is determined by the next highest card. If all the cards are the same, then a “Stand-off” is declared.
- If the dealer does not have a game, then he pays insurance in the amount of “1: 1” (if any), after which any player (including those who insured their combinations) can try to buy the game to the dealer or receive a payout at the “ANTE” bet in the amount of“1:1”.
